An Unusual Data Rescue

Take a look at the picture below. Somewhere in that lovely mess, on one shred of paper – or more? – there is an eleven digit number that I need. How lovely! Luckily for me, I've managed to find all the pieces. And it only took about 20 minutes. :) Which is still a long time compared to about three seconds that it originally took to cause the problem... Lessons learned:
