I hosted my web page at ASPnix for almost a month. But in the past week my web page was constantly unavailable. They have a 99.9% up-time guarantee but as I can see now that is bullshit. Even after they have "fixed" the problem and I said I will monitor my web page every half hour the site went offline after an hour. Who are they kidding?
Luckily they do have a 30-day money back guarantee. But I have a funny feeling that I will have problems getting my money back.
I am not saying that they are that bad, I am positive there are people that are very happy with their services (I was also a happy customer at the beginning) but I had a bad experience and I will never think about hosting with them. They have great hosting plans and if you are curious you can order a package since you can get your money back but consider yourself warned!
As soon as they canceled my account I went to GoDaddy and registered a hosting plan there (my domain is hosted at godaddy). They don't have PHP and ASP.NET support (you can have one of them, but not both) but I don't really need ASP.NET right now and if I ever will I can always change my hosting provider.

since this post is hitting quite some traffic, I think it is only fair to post this link here.
