I mentioned in my review that I am waiting for a refund. Well ASPnix refunded both of my payments.
So to conclude this story, if you are looking for a hosting plan try ASPnix they have great customer support and great packages and maybe I was just unlucky and their servers didn't like me. But since you do get a refund if you cancel in 30 days, give them a try.
