But the idea is actually taken from this interesting article about how new Microsoft data centers are constructed: “Microsoft’s High-Tech Modular ‘Tractor Shed’”. Fascinating article if you want to know more about the technologies used to build new datacenters quickly, reliably and efficiently.

Just FYI you can pack 20.000 servers in one of those containers in the picture….
