Windows Vista and SQL Server 2005

There have been several discussions in the communities (forums, newsgroups, blogs) on the fact that Vista, the next version of the Microsoft Windows operating system, does not (or will not) support SQL Server 2005. And when I say "discussions", I really should say "complaints". Yes, SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2005 Express are not supported on Vista. That's a fact. Here's another fact:
